This website provides general information about Ntsumo and its services. We aim to keep information accurate and current, but package descriptions, starting prices and examples are indicative and may change.

Quotes and service agreements

No project begins until the scope, price, payment milestones, delivery expectations, revisions, third-party costs and handover arrangements are agreed in writing. Introductory website prices are not guaranteed offers for every project.

Third-party platforms

Projects may rely on hosting, domain registrars, calendars, messaging platforms or other providers. Those services may have their own charges, availability limits, policies and terms. We will identify relevant dependencies in the quote where reasonably possible.

Ownership and handover

Ownership, licences, credentials, source files and account access for paid project work will be described in the project agreement. Third-party software remains subject to its own licence terms.

No guaranteed business outcomes

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, sales, search rankings or financial results. Results depend on factors including your market, offer, customer behaviour and third-party services.

Limitation

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory legal requirements that apply. Client work may be covered by a separate agreement.
